Hello, I'm Kate Broderick.
I'm a mum of four, an Occupational Therapist, and a Speech Pathologist with over 20 years of experience.
In 2024, I launched Spot Training Hub as a way to share my knowledge and empower parents, educators, and professionals.
It’s the culmination of my personal and professional journey, and I’m excited to help others grow and thrive.
My Story
My journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to supporting sensitive, BIG feeling and/or neurodivergent individuals and empowering those who work with them. This led me to create Spot, and later, Spot Training Hub—a platform designed to equip parents, educators, and professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to foster inclusive, positive environments for neurodivergent people. My goal is to share what I’ve learned, while continuing to grow alongside the amazing community I’m privileged to serve.
